Job Description
Responsibilities (JD):
Oversee and manage the Shopify platform for RAS Luxury Skincare ensuring a seamless functional and userfriendly online shopping experience.
Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to optimize the performance of the ecommerce site.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the companys ecommerce goals.
Milestones / KRAs:
Increase online sales conversion rates by 21% within the first year.
Implement 5 new feature enhancements to improve customer experience on the Shopify platform.
Look at Heat Mapping to ensure the drop downs reduce by 24% on a particular area on the website
Desired profile of the candidate
Experience working with Shopify platform
Proficient in HTML CSS and JavaScript
Knowledge of website hosting domain management and SEO principles
Experience with Google Analytics Google AdWords and other online marketing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fastpaced environment
Passion for skincare and beauty industry is a plus
Experience with ecommerce sales growth and online promotional campaigns is a plus
