About the Role:
This role is a key advocate for the complete endtoend journey of Flipkart Wholesale. (Being a B2B format merchants who purchase from FKWS for their business use are our members.)
You would own the KPI of:
1. Onboarding merchants The candidate is required to visit the multiple markets with the team to onboard new members ensuring that sufficient members are onboarded each month into the B2B business
2. Monthonmonth achievement of monthly unique average customers (MAC) Along with onboarding the candidate has to convert onboarded members to buying members in the same month and ensure they remain engaged in buying members they purchase frequently and in sufficient value and also they continue to purchase without lapsing.
3. Drive acquisition for reseller O&I corporates Horeca & O&I business services segments.
4. You would also ensure the team is well trained on the value proposition in terms of omni channel offerings (instore beat & Ecom).
5. LoyaltyNeed to drive loyalty programme (Save easy/Cashbacks etc.) in the market.
6. You will be responsible for managing a large team of BDAs who will be driving the recruitment of members in assigned territory.
