Position: Senior Legal Counsel

Salary: CHF 140000

Tasks

• Draft review and negotiate a variety of IT related commercial agreements including but not limited to vendor contracts licensing agreements and service agreements
• Advise on legal matters related to transactions incl. IP and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address legal issues in business operations
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on relevant laws regulations and industry trends impacting commercial transactions and IT agreements
• Assess legal risks and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate risks effectively while supporting business objectives

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland or Germany
• Fluency in English and German
• Completed Legal Degree (CH EU UK)
• Min. 5 years of PQE as an inhouse legal counsel
• Expertise in commercial and IT law
