Job Description
Industry: Insurance
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary Benefits
Main Duties:
- Processing motor claims collating detailed information and required documentation
- Monitoring the progress of a claim and providing feedback to the customer
- Processing surveys and bills related to the claims
- Liaise with the team to determine liability and negotiate the terms of a claim
- Adhere to legal requirements industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company
What skills do you need
- Have an advanced level of education
- Previous experience within the local insurance industry and knowledge of the automotive sector would be considered an asset
- Possess a sense of responsibility accountability and ownership
- Display excellent customer service skills
- Be capable of communicating effectively in both English and Maltese
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
