- Oversee daytoday HR operations including employee onboarding offboarding and maintaining employee records timesheets.
- Manage recruitment processes by posting job advertisements screening candidates coordinating interviews and conducting background checks.
- Administer payroll benefits and leave management to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies procedures and employment laws.
- Support performance management processes including performance reviews and employee development programs.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and keep updated on HR best practices.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events to foster team spirit and morale.
- Assist with any other HRrelated tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR administration preferably within the design architecture or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices employment laws and payroll processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with recruiting for creative and technical roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and changing work environment.
