Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an Assistant Manager HR. The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for various HR functions and tasks including but not limited to: recruitment and onboarding and employee relations. The Assistant Manager HR will work closely with the HR Manager and other members of the HR team to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
