Job Description

Overview:

The Business Development Intern plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization. They are responsible for supporting the business development team in identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the overall business expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
  • Participate in lead generation and prospecting activities
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients or partners
  • Support in the development of marketing materials and sales presentations
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and competitor activities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the CRM database
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement business development initiatives
  • Assist in creating and executing sales strategies and campaigns
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and research abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
  • High level of professionalism and business acumen
  • Previous internship or work experience in business development or sales is a plus
