• AV Engineer Client location: Nashville TN

The preferred candidate has:

• Strong communication skills coupled with ability to accurately and concisely communicate about product specs and the pros and cons of AV technologies.
• Experience implementing at least two audio/video products into mobile and web application.
• Ability to perform and document detailed product evaluations. Product evaluation reports should be suitable for both IT and Business stakeholders and should help facilitate decisionmaking on a suitable replacement for current Avaya technology.

Required Skills : Experience with one or more of the following AV technologies: Google Meet Cisco Webex Pexip; Understanding of WebRTC; Strong understanding of emerging communication platforms and capabilities available in the market; Knowledge of general Call Center technologies; .Net experience to support integration with the existing tech stack; Web UI development/React proficiency (required) and Mobile development (nice to have); Ability to build out test harness to support the development of a POC for each candidate AV product;
