We are now looking for a Technical Process Manager for a project in Lund Sweden for our client ESS. The European Spallation Source (ESS) is a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC). The European Spallation Source is one of the largest science and technology infrastructure projects being built today. The facility design and construction include the most powerful linear proton accelerator ever built. The vision is to build and operate the worlds most powerful neutron source enabling scientific breakthroughs in research related to materials energy health and the environment as well as addressing some of the most important societal challenges of our time.
The position is scheduled to start as soon as possible. The estimated duration of the project is 6 months with the possibility of extension. Please note that this job requires 100% onsite presence in the office in Lund Sweden.
As aTechnical Process Managermain tasks include:
This role will involve working closely with various teams and stakeholders across the organization to identify analyze and implement improvements in the engineering processes methodologies and problemsolving approaches.
We expect:
Bachelor in relevant discipline or relevant work experience with similar tasks.
Proven experience in engineering process improvement or related roles.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams towards change andcommon goals.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage complex tasks with diverse teams.
Experience of working in a highly regulated business/organization such as research facility nuclear industry life science oil&gas it is a merit.
