Tasks

In your daytoday you will be responsible for:

Managing financing transactions for internationally located real estate

Obtaining financing offers and term sheets and negotiating them

Negotiating loan agreements

Carrying out risk assessments and recommending them to the internal investment committee for conclusion

Cooperating in the provision of collateral

Ensuring the fulfilment of CP (Condition Precedent) in M&A as well as loan disbursement

Reviewing covenants and meeting reporting obligations to lenders

Maintaining and expanding the financing network

Taking care of the general management of financing commitments

Requirements

You are the person we are looking for if:

You have experience within the market followup of a mortgage bank or in the corporate finance of a real estate company or in the real estate advisory of an auditing company

You have at least a C1 level of English

You have a degree in Law Business Law Business Administration or similar

You have good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.
