Lead Management: Receive and manage leads provided by the company. Maintain an organized system for tracking and prioritizing leads.
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potentials. Effectively communicate the benefits of our card machines and features
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients through regular followup calls. Address any concerns or questions the clients may have.
Sales Conversion: Successfully convert leads into sales.
Achieve and exceed sales targets within specified timelines.
Task Assignment: Liaise with the other departments to ensure seamless processing of sales.
Accurately submit necessary tasks and information to the other teams for order fulfillment.
PostSale Support: Guide clients through the digital signature process after the sale is confirmed. Provide excellent customer service during and after the conversion process.
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales role especially in the financial or technology sector.
Fluent English Speaker
Proficient in using CRM software for lead tracking and management.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
