Overview:
The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the organizations human resources function contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. They are responsible for managing various HR activities to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings screening and interviewing
- Administer and monitor employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
- Handle employee relations issues and conflicts
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage benefits administration and resolve related queries
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and objectives
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends
- Handle adhoc HR tasks and projects as required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in HR roles preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator
- Strong knowledge of HR processes policies and best practices
- Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
