Job Description

Prepare daily shipment movement reports and update customer service for shipment status.
- Monitor forwarder performance activities and submit relevant reports to the Department Head.
- Maintain the rate level of shipping and initiate a cost reduction process for those at the critical level.
- Control and maintain records following proper procedures.
