- Study the complete tender documents and the draft contract provided by the client.
- Prepare pre-bid legal and commercial clarification to client.
- Review the contractual terms and highlight the risks and its remedy.
- Should be familiar with all the international laws for dispute resolutions.
- His responsibility shall be to assist the Tender Manager in contractually closing the tender.
- Prepare a risk matrix and its mitigation measure for management review and approval.
