SYSTEMS COORDINATOR @ ACDI
A Systems Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing marketing systems and tools. Ensuring successful marketing campaigns and workflows by creating and generating marketing reports. Troubleshoot and resolve marketing system issues and provide training and support to other marketing team members on marketing systems.
Successful team members will be strong leaders in product planning and support ACDI s mission vision and core values. Support a collaborative work environment including courteous helpful and professional behavior.
ACDI S SYSTEMS COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Systems Coordinator has several duties and responsibilities including but not limited to
Conduct monthly audits and maintain the organization of asset repositories
Manage the marketing technology systems and integrations with related technologies
Collaborate with all ACDI teams to promote and support marketing functions as needed
Manage analytics reporting and team dashboards
Maintain ACDI website (Internal / External) social media and industry group platforms
Provide training and support to other marketing team members on marketing systems
Maintains a complete understanding of and adheres to all ACDI policies procedures and processes
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintain a positive organizational culture while upholding ACDIs mission vision and core values
Create and implement campaigns to enhance engagement and boost brand visibility potentially serving as a primary contact for specific products in the portfolio
Understand and successfully accomplish the established goals and objectives outlined in the marketing strategy plans and achieve set goals and objectives
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in marketing or business administration and a minimum of 4 years of experience with marketing coordination or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
Track record of prioritizing marketing projects and driving proven results that meet or exceed the companys expectations
Demonstrates a proactive and confident approach in engaging in professional discussions with our target audience endusers and crossfunctional teams.
Must be a strong writer and public speaker in front of large senior groups
Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff colleagues crossfunctional teams and third parties
Subject matter expert/industry experience is a strong plus
Familiarity with Google Zoho and Hubspot applications sets you apart
Experience presenting to executivelevel management is preferred
Strong professional communication skills (via phone email and inperson) problemsolving negotiation skills technical capacity project management and collaboration
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company or team information
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to lift 15 pounds
Ability to travel up to 15% annually or as needed and fly on a commercial airliner if needed
May be required to furnish a passport or other identity documents for international travel
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This role currency does not include supervisory responsibilities but will work with the marketing team for coordination purposes directed by the organization
