Position Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Leadership Hiring to join the Talent Acquisition team. This role will be pivotal in driving talent acquisition strategy particularly in identifying and attracting toptier leadership talent to support growth and expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executivelevel recruitment within the IT services industry coupled with exceptional leadership and strategic capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive leadership hiring strategy to meet the organizations talent acquisition objectives.
- Lead endtoend executive recruitment processes from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to understand hiring needs and define role requirements for leadership positions.
- Build and maintain a robust network of executivelevel candidates through proactive sourcing strategies including networking events industry conferences and online platforms.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create compelling employer branding initiatives and enhance the organizations reputation as an employer of choice.
- Utilize datadriven insights and market intelligence to drive informed decisionmaking and optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the talent acquisition team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in executive recruitment and talent management.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in leadership hiring with a focus on the IT services or technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting seniorlevel executives including Csuite and VPlevel positions.
- Deep understanding of executive search methodologies candidate assessment techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience including the ability to lead and develop highperforming teams.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and analytics tools to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
