Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide remote support to the General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks including confidential work such as HR issues as well as providing support in email management research drafting proposals and marketing activities.
Job Functions
- Confidential Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager with confidential tasks including but not limited to HR issues sensitive correspondence and document management.
- Email Management: Efficiently manage and organize emails prioritize correspondence and draft responses as necessary.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on various topics as assigned by the General Manager compiling relevant information and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Proposal Drafting: Assist in the preparation and drafting of proposals reports and presentations ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all documents produced. Marketing Support: Utilize marketing experience to assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies including social media management content creation and campaign coordination.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and schedules ensuring timely completion of assignments and followup on outstanding matters as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in research methods and the ability to gather analyze and present data effectively.
- Experience in marketing including familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Availability for remote work and flexibility in working hours to accommodate Australian time zones.
