Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct AML/KYC reviews on all funds
- Follow up client issues and queries.
- Ensure Fund transactions are executed effectively, efficiently and within the deadlines set.
- Process unit holder transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update unit holder information, ensuring data integrity within the unit registry system. Collaborate closely with internal departments, including client services, fund accounting, and compliance, to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Generate and distribute unit holder statements, reports, and confirmations in a timely manner.
