Job Description
- Developing and implementing strategic financial plans to support business growth
- Overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, auditing and risk management
- Providing leadership and direction to the finance team ensuring high levels of competence, motivation and performance
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Developing relationships with external partners such as auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations
- Presenting financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives and clients in formal meetings
