Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
Highly organised, process-driven and able to manage the end to end aspects of the role.
Act as a role model to influence hiring managers on our diversity agenda.
Be resilient, enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards. Experience recruiting in US and Canada will be highly regarded.
