Manager Land & Liaison (IVPL)
Experience: 10 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Goa
Purpose of the Role
Managing land acquisition targets lead generation targets and other KPIs for the development business in Goa
Working as an integral part of the Mumbai land team to effectively implement a strategy for increasing leads
Strategic thinking and on ground insights into competition
Keep a pulse on the process of permissions and intervene wherever necessary to speed up the process
Constantly analyse results and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
Day to day management and mentoring of the local team
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Closing out land purchase negotiations and deal with land owners in Goa
Shares land acquisition targets for Goa
Building a pipeline of potential new lands in Goa
Maintaining key broker and channel partner relationships. Motivating them to refer land sellers
Improving engagement with local authorities for quicker turnaround time
Leverage strategic insights into the Goa market and proficiency in the Local language to navigate local regulations effectively and optimize project outcomes.
Intervening with approvals as and when directed by Mumbai team
Empaneling submission drawings architects as and when directed by Mumbai team
Ensuring approval timelines for permissions team as directed by Mumbai team
