Responsibilities

• Managing operational aspects of the exchange platform with a strong emphasis on content creation and optimization
• Enhancing and optimizing platform operational tools such as outreach tools user authentication and version management
• Leading the execution of key business projects ensuring coordination and timely delivery
• Developing foundational content including user education materials and help guides focusing on improving user experience
• Participating in the design and development of core products overseeing requirements development and deployment processes

Requirements and skills

• Bachelors degree or higher with 38 years of experience in internet operations
• Exceptional communication skills particularly in the context of internetbased projects
• Proficiency in data analysis utilizing insights to drive operational optimizations.
• Demonstrated product management capabilities including experience in requirement documentation and development oversight
• Preferred: Prior experience in the financial industry
• Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
