Job Description

FILINVEST COMPANY: HOSPITALITY ENTERPRISE RESOURCES CORP.

Position Summary

The Service Leader HR (Talent Acquisition) shall be responsible for the daytoday operations of the Human Resources Talent Acquisition. Alongside with talent acquisition he/she shall also be involved in the administration of Human Resources policies procedures programs and functions as well as participation in the development and planning of employee engagement programs. The Service Leader HR (Talent Acquisition) shall work closely with Property HR Business Partners/HR Director and Property Department Heads and other key departments.

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Develops a pool of qualified candidates and ensures that there is an active pool of candidates for easy applicant endorsement to the hiring department.
  • Sourcing of candidates through job portals social media accounts and recruitment system.
  • Leads the creation of recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Coordinates with the applicant and interviewer on the interview schedule.
  • Conducts initial interview and endorses prequalified applicants to the requesting department for further assessment and next interview schedule.
  • Prepares the job offer letter and benefit list. Sends signed offer documents to the applicant for review.
  • Schedules meeting with the applicant and discuss the offer benefit list date of joining and other onboarding requirements.
  • Prepares employment contract and sends to the new employee for acknowledgement and signature.
  • Assists in the onboarding requirements of new employees.
  • Informs HR Business Partner/Director the receiving Department Head Learning and Development Team and other involved departments on the onboarding schedule of the incoming new employee through email/calendar invite.
  • Collects and checks new employee preemployment requirements of the newly hired employee.
  • Creates and sends out new employee announcement.
  • Oversees posting of job vacancies
  • Creates job advertisements per job vacancies and per business unit.
  • Posting job advertisement to social media accounts job portals and recruitment system.
  • Promotes the company by actively posting employee activities/events on social media accounts.
  • Develops partnership plans with colleges universities and public employment offices.
  • Participates in career or job fair events.
  • Acknowledges and receives approved Personnel Requisition Form (PRF) with supporting documents; signed job description departmental Table of Organization.
  • Uploads received approved Personnel Requisition Forms (PRF) in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Management and monitoring of job vacancies and applicants status and movement in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Prepares recruitment updates/reports data analytics; ontime fulfillment hiring rate job offer acceptance rate hardtofill positions and other recruitmentrelated matters.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resource Management Communications or relevant field.
  • Must have at least two (2) years of experience in Hospitality Industry or Shared services business.
  • At least one (1) year supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of some Philippine local languages/dialects and other foreign languages is an advantage
