RecruitNet International Ltd is specializing in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas
We are Hiring Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Cardiology/Urology ward for our Hospital client in Dublin.
Fulltime/Permanent
Responsibilities
- The role entails directing and coordinating the daily operations of patient care within the unit.
- Conducting thorough analyses of workloads and skill requirements is essential to effectively meet the needs of patients care.
- Evaluate the competencies of staff members and assign patient care responsibilities accordingly.
- It is crucial to familiarize oneself with hospital policies regarding the secure administration of cytotoxic preparations.
- Assists with patient care as needed.
Requirements
- Be listed on the NMBIs general division of the nursing registration and possess a valid NMBI PIN (important)
- Possess two to four years of acute setting postregistration experience.
- Possess a minimum of one years experience in management (recommended)
- Possess a recognized degree or relevant experience in cardiology and Urology ward.
- Must have completed a management training programme
- Be able to communicate with employees at all organizational levels
- Strong IT abilities and adept at using all necessary software.
