We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Administration Officer Assistant. In this role youll be the first point of contact for both prospective and current students guiding them through the application process with efficiency and a touch of charm.

Job Description
  • Respond promptly to email inquiries and applications submitted by both prospective and current students.
  • Create and maintain student profiles accurately through meticulous data entry and document management.
  • Issue Letters of Offer and Payment Plans in a timely manner to facilitate smooth enrollment processes.
  • Monitor student attendance and academic progress regularly providing comprehensive summaries of study progress.
  • Take necessary compliance actions to ensure adherence to academic standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Excellent English writing and verbal skill.
  • Can speak Chinese is an advantage and preferred.
  • Skillfully use MSOffice Suite (Word Excel Powerpoint Outlook) and familiar with general online tools(Zoom Google online spread sheet.
  • Attention to details. Keen with numbers and logic.
  • Quick learner. Follow instruction and can welcome constant change.
  • Be able to work under pressure and without supervision
