Job Description
Responsibilities
- Set work objectives and standards for the team, translating well defined overall objectives into clear and detailed activities for individuals. Supervise the effective performance of Repair Technicians in delivering against these.
- Lead, co-ordinate, monitor and review workflow, and resolve day-to-day operational issues to ensure delivery meets internal and external targets and standards.
- Lead and prioritize the workloads of the team against agreed targets and delivery dates by setting ‘SMART’ objectives identifying critical success factors and key performance indicators and monitoring these, including benchmarking appropriately.
