Programme Manager

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in strategy and operations ideally with fintech experience.

Strong project/programme management skills as demonstrated by previous roles especially where crossfunctional coordination was required (i.e. across commercial marketing tech and product teams).

This role demands a proactive approach to managing strategic initiatives and supporting the CEOs agenda with a willingness to travel significantly. We value individuals ready for a challenging role with a pathway to leadership within our organization.

What does the job involve

• Track and manage all live projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO ensuring alignment with the companys objectives and coordination across crossfunctional teams
• Assist the CEO with daytoday operations managing communication flows across department heads planning and leading meetings preparing analysis for decisionmaking and supporting the CEOs agenda
• Work alongside the CEO to ideate and think about new projects acting in the capacity of a strategic problem solver

Qualifications

• Ideally 23 years experience as a management consultant at e.g. McKinsey & Company BCG Bain Deloitte PWC EY KPMG Open Capital
• Prior experience as a Project Manager Programme Manager Engagement Manager a must have
• Experience in B2B fintech and/or interest in our bankingasaservice products
• Proficiency in strategy and operational topics; commercial experience or passion for commercial and B2B sales/partnerships and exposure to product and engineering is appreciated
• Strong project management skills excellent communication and the ability to coordinate across crossfunctional teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time including significant travel with the CEO and independently to meet clients and partners in multiple locations ideally in the United Arab Emirates Uganda Tanzania Kenya Uganda Nigeria and other markets.
