Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role located in Jaipur for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing screening and interviewing candidates managing relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will also develop strategies to attract and retain top talent and will stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals
- Screen resumes conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and strategies
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field
- 1 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on fullcycle recruiting (Jewellery Industry Experience is a plus).
- Good knowledge of recruitment best practices including candidate sourcing techniques and interview methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
