- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and project control within the construction industry, with a minimum of 8-10 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of project management tools and software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling and control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret project data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
