Were on the lookout for a professional dynamic and conscientious Receptionist to join the team.

About the role

Youll provide a complete reception and administration service for Mill Farm and AFC Fylde receiving visitors guests and contractors and handling all telephone calls. You may be required to work split shifts which includes weekends.

Typical Duties

• Receive all visitors and ensure they are dealt with promptly and efficiently
• Make sure all contractors sign in and out using the appropriate forms
• Answer all incoming phone calls and direct as required
• Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing post

Ideal Applicant

• Experience in a similar role is essential.
• Must be well presented and confident in dealing with customer
• Must be flexible and available to work at short notice.
• Honesty and reliability are essential.
