Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify target and manage relationships with export agents and highpotential international B2B and B2C markets.
- Build your network: Source new leads through online platforms trade events research and targeted outreach.
- Sales: Communicating with existing agents and targeting the leads generated to develop international sales for our brands.
- Negotiation: Secure lucrative contracts and agreements with overseas clients and distributors.
- Strategize for success: Create and execute a datadriven sales plan to achieve export targets and expand our commercial reach.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities particularly in niche markets.
- Ensure impeccable customer service: Ensure timely deliveries for orders address customer concerns work closely with marketing and other teams to ensure we are supporting our clients.
- Analyze and report: Provide insightful reports on sales performance market trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Academic foundation: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Proven track record: 5 years significant experience in export sales preferably within the lubricants sector.
- Technical edge: Knowledge of lubricants or lubrication systems is a valuable asset.
- Resultsoriented: Demonstrate a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
- Master negotiator: Possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Communication: Possess excellent communication skills in English with Arabic language capabilities being a key added benefit.
