Responsibilities:
- the design, development, testing and delivery of software solutions (cloud + on-premise)
- development adheres to the corporate standards including quality deliverables, modularity, and adherence with DevOps
- as a liaison between internal and external developers
- the efficiency and quality of projects
- guidance to developers as well as review their deliverables
Cores skills and talents to succeed:
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering
- years of experience in Contact Center environments
- skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- or more years of experience with software architecture and design within CCaaS systems. Past titles may include Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, Technical Architect. Experience must include:
- CXone platform experience at an architect level. Additionally, it is preferable to have the full Certified Implementation Partner Certifications:
- Core Implementation Certification
- Core Plus Implementation Certification
- CCaaS architectures including (but not limited to) networks, WFM, QM, AI tools, ACD, CRM Integration and IVR for large enterprise deployments.
- designs that favor scalability and maintenance
- with complex CCaaS solutions including integration with legacy Contact Centers and PBXs.
- with API integrations
- in participating in sales efforts including, demonstrations, requirement gathering, POCs, estimating and the creation of Statements of Work
Nice to have skills and experience:
- with other CCaaS environments such as Genesys, AWS and Five9
- in working at or with the CCaaS vendors having gained a full understanding of their processes and procedures.
