- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients in the UPS, UPS batteries, HVAC, and related industries.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of UPS systems, UPS batteries, HVAC equipment, and related technologies to effectively address client inquiries,
- Monitor client accounts regularly to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Provide proactive recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and meet their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
