Software manager lead teams in the design development implementation optimization maintenance and troubleshooting of software programs and applications.
Requirements
One of the Leading Healthcare Solutions providers in Jordan looking to hire the Position :
Program / Software Manager.
with the following requirements :
- Bachelors degree in software engineering computer science information systems information technology or similar.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare solutions software development and team management.
- Indepth knowledge of programming languages.
- Ability to mentor junior software developers as well as to collaborate with all stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in developing deploying and integrating healthcare software solutions.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Knowledge of best practices related to data encryption and cybersecurity.
- Ability to keep up with software industry trends and innovation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Competitive Analysis Skills
- The ability to build relationships with clients quickly
- Analytical and problemsolving skills
Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel Excellent in English, both speaking and writing are a must Communication and interpersonal skills
