The Role
We are on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated Intermediate Content Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role you will have the opportunity to showcase your content management skills and deep understanding of social media dynamics. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing effective content strategies across various platforms with an emphasis on LinkedIn for B2B marketing and TikTok for B2C engagement and performance acquisition. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating compelling content and managing influencer/agency relationships to strengthen our brand presence.

Your role in our team
- Develop and implement innovative content strategies for LinkedIn (B2B focus) and TikTok (B2C focus).
- Have a working knowledge of performance marketingrelated activities on Ad channels like Google Meta etc.
- Craft highquality engaging content tailored to different audiences ensuring alignment with our brands voice and objectives.
- You possess advanced German language skills (native speaker or C2 level) enabling you to freely and idiomatically create and adapt content for a diverse audience in both German and English.
- Execute basic media editing tasks to enhance the visual appeal of our content.
- Manage and brief influencers and partners for B2C marketing campaigns fostering strong relationships to amplify our brands reach.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for and understanding of social media trends particularly on LinkedIn TikTok and YouTube.
- Create compelling videos and B2B LinkedIn posts that resonate with targeted audiences driving engagement and conversions.
What youll bring
- Proven experience 2 years in content management with a strong preference for candidates with LinkedIn B2B and TikTok B2C content creation experience.
- Strong German language skills (C2 level or native
- Basic media editing skills with a knack for producing visually appealing content.
- Proven influencer management and briefing skills particularly for B2C marketing.
- A deep passion for and understanding of social media platforms especially LinkedIn TikTok and YouTube.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills coupled with creative thinking.
