• Department: 3rd Floor Med/Surg
• Shift Timings:19:0007:30 and nbsp;Hours Monday to friday (3 Days/12 Hours Shift) and nbsp;
• Per Week: 36 Hours
• WDM provides the feel of a small community hospital with the resources of a major metropolitan area hospital. We specialize in orthopedic and bariatric surgeries as well as other specialty and general surgeries. Also found in WDM are two inpatient care units that provide care to a wide variety of diagnosis. Our telemetry unit regularly provides cardiac drips treats and manages arrhythmias and works with the interdisciplinary team to provide care and education to CHF patients. Our medical/surgical unit takes anything and everything that comes through the Emergency Department creating a constant learning environment and a variety of diagnosis ensuring you never get bored.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
