QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION :
- As a Registered Nurse will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model.
- Your responsibilities include patient assessment recognizing health issues creating care plans and assessing patient responses.
- Provide care for patients utilizing fetal and maternal monitoring equipment.
- Manage the patients pain including epidural and patient controlled analgesia administration.
- Assist physicians during delivery treatment examination and surgical procedures.
- Monitor record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
- Provide patient and family education on labor pain and newborn care.
- As an RN will conduct detailed clinical assessments prioritize patient and family needs create implement and evaluate care plans.
- Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes. Building relationships managing discomfort staying professional are vital in therapeutic connections with patients and families.
- Creating care plans reflecting values aids in resolving issues.
- You will help educate patients families nurses and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices.
- Assess and document learning needs regularly. Work with colleagues and the community to create a care plan.
- Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION :
- Grad of an Accredited Program MAJOR Nursing
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
- Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
