As we establish our Quality Control/Quality Assurance Division, we are seeking a skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. This role will focus on collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to our operations and customer service initiatives.
About The Role
Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the firm’s operations and customer service.
Work closely with the QA/QC department to analyze data related to quality control and assurance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to the management team.
Support various departments in making data-driven decisions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with a focus on statistical analysis and data visualization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, extract insights, and communicate findings effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
