Responsibilities:
- Connect our various CREWS data sources to PowerBI desktop (SQL Databases, Excel files, Smartsheet, Sharepoint).
- Model and Transform data as required.
- Create data table relationships in an effective way. To enable a correct reporting performance.
- Create DAX measures for calculations and metrics not included in the data sources.
- Build effective visualizations.
- Publish reports in the PBI service team dedicated workspace and schedule recurring data refresh.

And the skills we are looking for:
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Ability to translate business requirements into effective visualizations. Proficiency in creating various types of charts, graphs, and dashboards to represent data insights.
- Power BI Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service. Familiarity with Power Query for data transformation and Power Pivot for data modeling.
- Data Modeling: Ability to design and implement effective data models using relationships, calculated columns, measures, and hierarchies .Understanding of star schema and other data modeling techniques.
- DAX (Data Analysis Expressions): Proficiency in writing and using DAX formulas for creating custom calculations and measures .Understanding of DAX functions and their applications in Power BI.
- Data Source Connectivity: Ability to connect Power BI to various data sources, including databases, Excel files, cloud-based sources, and web services.
- SQL Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks. Ability to write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various sources.
