Job Description
- Develop and implement internship program plans and strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for interns, freelance trainers, and subject matter experts involved in the internship program.
- Regularly track and report on the progress of interns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure internship program activities align with organizational goals and priorities.
