Traffic Operator

We are recruiting on behalf of a younger successfully operating and further growing commodity trading company presently located in the City of Zug.

Tasks

Responsibilities

• You oversee the international transportation by sea and river shipments of the goods
• Looking for suitable ocean vessels or organize container shipments in cooperation with the trading department
• Following the financial aspects of international transactions such as opening L/Cs negotiate and issue documents cashing of L/C manage credit limits
• Supervise execution of the physical trades of goods in bulk bags containers or liquid form
• Interaction and correspondence with various stakeholders such as internal departments banks insurance companies inspection companies sellers buyers intermediates
• Internal tasks reporting

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in similar position and/or exposure to commodity trading / logistics / operations of seaborne trade / trade finance
• Accurate working and detail oriented ability to independently manage tasks but also work in a team ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in EnglishStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office
