- A wellversed B2B market expert in consulting firms a tenacious gogetter and someone disciplined in followup and followthrough
- Someone with a strong network of CEOs VPs General Managers and CHRO/HR Directors from these sectors 1. FMCG 2. Food & Beverages 3. Digital 4.Sport Fashion 5.Retail 6.Pharma
- An individual with handson experience prospecting and nurturing trust with CEOs Vps General Managers and CHRO/HR Directors.
- Someone who truly enjoys sales and interacting with leads/clients
- A candidate with a commercial mindset able to balance longterm strategic sales strategies with everyday execution through outreach and facetoface marketing
- Ideally a professional who enjoys the consultative aspect of sales roles diving deep into clients needs and designing the perfect followup funnel
- A candidate who understands how companies work today and wants to transform their way of working for the better.
- Someone who loves interacting with leads worldwide and is more curious than most excited by breaking new ground at a fast pace
- We wont sugarcoat it: we need someone to execute sales. No strategy just execution. Well provide platforms like Hubspot topnotch sales tools and great evangelists to collaborate with.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth of ActioGlobal globally.
- Build an integrated B2B Funnel Strategy shaping and leading the different acquisition and conversion channels.
- Achieve Growth Team objectives measured by monthly milestones and closing of sales. At the same time nurturing customer confidence to reach new opportunities.
- Analysing prospecting and identifying new acquisition channels and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure customer success in their transformation.
- Measurement of the progress by participating in weekly meetings & reviews to build the global companys strategy.
- Creative mind to challenge status quo and try out of the box solutions to generate results and growth for the team.
- Strong business personality with motivation from exceeding business target reaching the excellence.
- A flexible problem solver with a positive mindset able to manage ambiguity and change in a fastmoving company.
Requirements
- Ideally but not mandatory: a university degree in business studies economics marketing management or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of handson work experience in B2B sales for a consulting firm prospecting and nurturing relationships with CEOs General Managers and CHRO/HR Directors
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must; French and German are valued
