Business Analyst

CTC:INR 480000 to 600000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Perform quality assurance
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Own and develop relationship with partners working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on CAM sales and presales activities.
• Prior experience in IT services companies is mandatory.
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary ranging from INR 480000 to 600000 per annum based on experience and performance.
