Our Client is seeking an experienced and customeroriented Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. As an Automotive Service Advisor you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and providing them with accurate and timely information about their vehicles repair and maintenance needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service including answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Schedule appointments and manage the flow of work in the service department.
- Assess customers needs and provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs.
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process providing updates on the status of their vehicle and any additional repairs needed.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and to the customers satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service manager and technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs and maintenance work.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions repair orders and inventory levels.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor.
- Strong customer service and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- ASE certification is preferred.
