Our client is the leader in residential technology integration bringing innovative and highperformance systems to homes across the Midwest. The Role
As a Service Technician you are on the front lines ensuring that our clients technology systems work flawlessly. Your daytoday involves troubleing everything from basic TV settings to complex lighting programming. You re not just fixing problems; you re providing peace of mind. Your technical expertise coupled with your ability to educate clients will make you an invaluable part of a great team.
What a Day Looks Like
Your day is dynamic and clientfocused. You ll start by responding to service requests via the service platform diagnosing and solving technical issues that vary in complexity. Beyond troubleing you ll spend part of your day onsite offering handson support to project teams or conducting system maintenance and updates. Your insights from the field will also contribute to innovating our service offerings back at the office. Throughout your ability to interact with clients understand their needs and provide clear helpful guidance is key. Requirements
What We re Looking For
- A pion for technology and solving technical issues with a knack for everything from simple fixes to complex system programming.
- Strong interpersonal ss to educate and engage with clients ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Proficiency in the tools and software used by our System Designers/Engineers applied to realworld troubleing and fixes. This includes Control4 Josh.AI Lutron (HomeWorks) and networking platforms Ruckus Ubiquiti and Araknis
- A proactive problemsolving attitude eager to contribute to team projects and service innovation.
