Training Basket is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic MBA freshers to join our team as
Corporate Training Sales Executives. As a key member of our sales team you will be
responsible for identifying and acquiring new B2B clients for our corporate training programs.

Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the B2B
segment. Utilize various channels such as cold calling email outreach networking and social
media to generate leads.
2. Client Engagement: Initiate contact with decisionmakers and key stakeholders in target
companies. Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of
our corporate training solutions.
3. Needs Assessment: Understand the unique training requirements and challenges faced by
prospective clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas where our training
programs can add value and address specific business objectives.
4. Customized Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized training
proposals and solutions tailored to meet the needs of each client. Present proposals and
negotiate terms to secure new business partnerships.
5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout
the sales process and beyond. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing any
inquiries or concerns and ensuring a seamless experience.
6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities including prospecting efforts
meetings and sales pipeline management. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and
provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong sales acumen and the ability to pitch products effectively and services.
4. Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
6. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
