Background: Client is on UKG for their United States employees but have 400 employees based in the Philippines that mostly sit on their customer service and IT team. The were using EPG to pay their employees but have recently gone through an implementation of Sprout and have just gone through their first payroll this week. The first payroll was a mess and people are struggling with setting up their schedules etc.

Project: Client needs a techno functional project manager to oversee the Sprout system in the Philippines. They have a payroll manager who is very technical but has been bad with communication to the U.S team and help all internal employees project manage and understand the system. They need someone who can help them process payroll assist with timesheets field reimbursements etc. Resource must be able to communicate and train the U.S team and answer all questions while also being able to process and assist with configuration and changes that need to be made. Must be able to work with payroll manager in the Philippines and the Sprout representative to make sure payroll is functioning and running correctly.
