We are looking for a Finance Manager to be appointed within our business partner.
General Qualifications
- Graduated from departments such as Business Administration Economics Finance or similar fields of universities
- Particularly experienced in Cost Accounting; proficient in Budget/Reporting issues experienced in General Accounting Management Accounting and Financial Management areas
- With at least 10 years or more of experience in Financial Affairs in institutions operating in the production sector
- Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards
- Knowledgeable about the Legislation of Research and Development and Technology Development Centers numbered 5746 and 4691
- Experienced in team management
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Accounting uniform chart of accounts financial statements and current account issues
- Experienced in VAT Withholding Tax Temporary and Corporate Tax Returns
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP programs
- Analytical thinking skills developed attentive to details solutionoriented meticulous.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To prepare the companys annual budget revised budget and forecasts and to analyze budget realization
- To control the institutions deposits real estate and other assets
- To audit whether financial processes comply with legal regulations
- Preparation and control of cash flow plans
- To follow up and manage relationships with official institutions and organizations and represent the company
- To ensure the management and conduct of relationships and works with banks and financial institutions
- To prepare and interpret periodic (monthly quarterly and annual) management and activity reports
- To control and manage the companys financial risks
- To manage operations for the correct orderly timely and complete execution and reporting of financial transactions
- To ensure that the companys investment feasibility studies are conducted in a financially appropriate manner to identify their efficiency
- To manage the daily operation necessary for General Accounting and tax transactions and records to be carried out correctly orderly timely and completely in accordance with the uniform chart of accounts
- To ensure that periodend closing transactions are completed accurately and on time.
