Purpose of the role:
The incumbent resolves customers issues and maintains or improves a companys relationship with customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Resolve queries and concerns raised by clients in a timely fashion
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint
- Help to improve customer communication
- Collaborate with managers to resolve issues toward the goal of building customer satisfaction and longterm customer retention
- Entering customer information into a computer database
- Ensure that relationship with clients is maintained throughout the product lifecycle
- Ensuring owners are always well looked after
- Understanding all aspects of existing and upcoming projects
- Ideating with the Sales Marketing and Customer Relations Team to come up with new innovative pre and postsales experiences and to improve the process flow
- Coordinate with various departments (Legal operations finance and accounts) to ensure all client queries are addressed.
- To ensure that all postsales SOPs are followed and adherence throughout all teams is maintained

Prior work experience: Prior experience in CRM is preferable
