Executive - Sr Executive Post Sales

• Resolve queries and concerns raised by clients in a timely fashion
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint
• Help to improve customer communication
• Collaborate with managers to resolve issues toward the goal of building customer satisfaction and longterm customer retention
• Entering customer information into a computer database
• Ensure that relationship with clients is maintained throughout the product lifecycle
• Ensuring owners are always well looked after
• Understanding all aspects of existing and upcoming projects
• Ideating with the Sales Marketing and Customer Relations Team to come up with new innovative pre and postsales experiences and to improve the process flow
• Coordinate with various departments (Legal operations finance and accounts) to ensure all client queries are addressed.
• To ensure that all postsales SOPs are followed and adherence throughout all teams is maintained
